Hermes Personal Assistant Atom is a private application used only by its owner. It accesses Google account data only after the owner grants permission and only to perform tasks requested by the owner.

Google data accessed

Depending on the requested task, the application may access Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. It may also create or update content when the owner explicitly requests that action.

How data is used

Google data is used only to provide personal-assistant functions. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Access tokens and necessary operational data are stored on a private server with restricted file permissions.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as needed to operate the requested functions and maintain the owner's records. The owner can revoke Google access at any time through Google Account permissions and can request deletion of locally stored application data.
